The Rome Program

The Core Curriculum comes alive during the Rome Program, which usually takes place during sophomore year. Courses on the Rome campus are designed to fit smoothly into the Core and animate your travels with the art, theology and history of the Mediterranean world.

The Eugene Constantin Campus

For 30 years, the Rome Program has lived on the Eugene Constantin Campus, a storied Italian villa southeast of Rome in a district called Due Santi. The name of the place refers to the two saints Peter and Paul, who, according to tradition, both traveled through the area on the Via Appia to Rome.
